1.Performance characteristics

lMotor system:

The labeling host adopts a 5-phase stepping system. 2-phase, 5-phase and micro-stepping systems are mainly due to the different resolutions displayed by the driver. The 2-phase stepping system motor can be divided into 400 divisions per revolution, and the five-phase stepping system motor can be divided into the smallest division per revolution. It is 1000 divisions, the best performance is micro-stepping, the acceleration and deceleration time is shorter, and the dynamic inertia is lower. It is suitable for driving the labeling machine with high precision.

lOperation method:

The simple button-type operation panel is simple, convenient and easy to maintain. It can easily go online without any experience, which greatly shortens the training time of personnel.

lMechanical design:

1. Super wear-resistant label rolling and sticking mechanism, exclusive use of polyurethane material, durable and non-wearing.

2. Advanced plum blossom wheel feeding mechanism, simple, stable, reliable and not easy to break the bottle.

3. Imported bearings are used to install the conveying rollers, so that the objects can be rolled sensitively to ensure the labeling quality.

7. The wheel-attached rolling bottle body makes the label attachment stronger.

8. Label synchronous positioning mechanism, label positioning error is plus or minus 1mm.

9. Multi-point emergency stop button, emergency stop button can be installed at the appropriate position on the production line to make the connection operation safe and smooth production.
