ZP-17 High Speed Automatic Tablet Press Machines

This machine is continuous automatic tablet press for pressing the granular raw material into the round tablets and irregular tablets etc. It is especially caters for small-batch production. And be used in the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.

It is equipped with the overload protection devices. The powder absorbing box is installed on one side of the machine. It can absorb the powder from the operation of the machine via suction port to avoid bonding and clogging, and it also can recycle the raw material for reproduction.

1.The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed. The material of the cover and internal table are made of stainless steel. The surface of turntable is specially disposed to keep the surface luster and prevent it from being polluted, meeting requirement.
2.It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and windows can be opened for cleaning and maintenance. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
3.All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
4.The machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets,double-layered and annular tablets, the tablets may have the impressed on both sides.
5.Overload protection unit is included in the system to avid the damage of the punches and apparatus, When overload occurs, the machine will stop working automatically.
6.Powder absorbing device could absorb the powder in the tablet-pressing room.
7.Transmission system in enclosed in the oil tank at the bottle of the main body the machine,and it is a fully independent part.It can not be cross polluted,and the transmission system is soaked in the oil tank so that it is easy to give off heat and it is wear-resisting.
