Industry pharmaceutical wet rotary drum granulator 

The rotating granulator rotates the grinding cutter and the pressing cutter in opposite direction by changing gear speed and direction. The pressing cutter press down the material through the inclined plane. The grinding cutter extrudes the material to the screen barrel through the arc under the action of centrifugal force, so as to obtain the required particles. It is suitable for granulation of pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, food, Chinese medicine granules, food, solid beverages, chicken essence and other viscous materials.

Equipment features
The machine is simple to operate, easy to maintain and clean. The contact parts with the materials are made of stainless steel, which ensures that the materials do not deteriorate and change color. The sieve barrel aperture can be selected according to the need, and the automatic discharging can be completed, thus reducing the particle breakage caused by manual discharging.
