?Applications:This machine is one kind of double side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry foodstuff, electronic industries.

?Features:

Double press type with mass production capacity.
Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turretis covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant.
Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
Hydraulicoverload protection device is equipped, the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.
Separate the control cabinet from main machine, ensure the sanitation for production.
Force feeder is optional on the machine.

The working process of the tablet press can be divided into the following steps

The punch portion of the lower punch (with its working position facing upward) extends from the lower end of the middle die hole into the middle die hole to seal the bottom of the middle die hole.

Use a device to fill the middle mold hole with the powders

The punching part of the upper punch (the working position is facing downward) falls into the middle die hole from the upper end of the middle die hole, and descends a certain stroke to press the powder into a piece.

The upper punch lifts out the hole, and the lower punch rises to push the tablet out of the middle die hole to complete a pressing process.
 
Rushed down to the original position, ready for the next fill.
