APPLICATION:
These cables are suitable for fixed installation and laying indoor, cable tray, in tunnel, cable conduit, etc. which are designed for areas where the integrity of the electrical circuit is critical in maintaining power supply. They are mainly used in emergency lightings, power circuits, power stations, subway, underground tunnels, and high-rise buildings.
STANDARDS:
Basic design to IEC60502-1, GB/T12706.1, IEC60228, IEC60332-1 & IEC60332-3, IEC60331.

TYPE & CONSTRUCTION

PVC insulated unarmoured fire resistant cable (Type Z*N-VV, Z*N-VLV):

Conductor: Stranded circular compacted copper/aluminium, class 2 to IEC60228
Insulation: Mica Tape + extruded PVC
Assembly: filler and binder tape for multi-core cable
Outer sheath: flame retardant PVC

Note: for 1.8/3kV cable, a metallic tape screen can be used over assembly cores

PVC insulated armoured fire resistant cable (Type Z*N-VV32, Z*N-VV72, Z*N-VV22, Z*N-VV62, Z*N-VLV32, Z*N-VLV72, Z*N-VLV22, Z*N-VLV62):

Conductor: Stranded circular compacted copper/aluminium, class 2 to IEC60228
Insulation: Mica Tape + extruded PVC
Assembly: filler and binder tape for multi-core cable
Inner covering: Extruded PVC or lapped tape inner covering
Armour: galvanized steel tape, or galvanized steel wire (for multi-core cable)
Non-magnetic steel tape/steel wire/aluminium wire (for single core cable)
Outer sheath: flame retardant PVC

Note: for 1.8/3kV cable, a metallic tape screen can be used over assembly cores

XLPE insulated unarmoured fire resistant cable (Type Z*N-YJV, WDZ*N-YJY, Z*N-YJLV, WDZ*N-YJLY):

Conductor: Stranded circular compacted copper/aluminium, class 2 to IEC60228
Insulation: Mica tape + extruded cross-linked Polyethylene(XLPE)
Assembly: Filler and binder tape for multi-core cable
Outer sheath: PVC, or flame retardant PVC, or low smoke halogen free polyolefin (LSZH)

Note: for 1.8/3kV cable, a metallic tape screen can be used over assembly cores

XLPE insulated armoured fire resistant cable (Type Z*N-YJV32, Z*N-YJV72, Z*N-YJV22, Z*N-YJV62, WDZ*N-YJV33, WDZ*N-YJY73, WDZ*N-YJY23, WDZ*N-YJY63, Z*N-YJLV32, Z*N-YJLV72, Z*N-YJLV22, Z*N-YJLV62, WDZ*N-YJLV33, WDZ*N-YJLY73, WDZ*N-YJLY23, WDZ*N-YJLY63):

Conductor: Stranded circular compacted copper/aluminium, class 2 to IEC60228
