Features:

- The operation panel and the controller module are separated. The panel can be embedded.
- Real-Time Height: The automatic tracking height of the controller can be modified at any time.
- Stepless adjustment of the torch height is enabled via PWM and DC motor.
- Multi-Function: No need to do any jumper settings. XPTHC-4H can be connected to most CNC systems through simple parameter settings.
- 2 Arc Voltage Control Methods: It can work through traditional set arc voltage. It can also work by sampling current arc voltage and adjust in real time, enabling linear groove cutting.
- Multiple Operating Modes of Power Supply: The torch speed can be changed by changing the supply voltage.
- Wide Power Supply Working Range: AC Voltage Range AC15V ~ AC27V; DC: 18V ~ 36V.
- Higher Sensitivity: The arc voltage of the height control changes by 1V, and the control voltage can output up to 3.5V.
- High Reliability: Arc voltage isolation, I/O isolation, control isolation, and drive isolation work.
- Real-Time Alarm: The height controller can detect current state, and provide alarm status, including corner signal error, communications error, arc voltage error, too high arc voltage and collision. Such being the case, it helps users to judge faults.
- Communications with PC: It can communicate with PLC or CNC system through communications port instead of I/O (Buyers need to specify this function).
- Controller Size: 224 x 116 x 38mm (L*W*Thickness).
