Tube in tube type sterilizer
Gofun Company has created the advanced automatic tube in tube sterilizer by learning and absorbing the high tech from Italy. The tube in tube sterilizer is widely used for pasteurization of the concentrated fruit paste and other fluid with high viscosity, to achieve longer shelf-life.
The Sterilizer has 4 layers tubular structures, the inner two layers and the outside layer will go through with the hot water and the middle layer will be running with the product. The product will be heated by the hot water to the setting temp and then hold the product under this temp for few time to completely sterilized the product and then cool down the product by the cooling water or chilled water. The sterilizer will be consisting of the product tank, the pump, the heat exchanger, the holding tubes and the control system.
Feature:
Main structure with SUS304 stainless steel.
Combined Italian technology and conform to Euro-standard.
Great heat exchange area, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.
Adopt mirror welding tech and keep the smooth pipe joint.
Auto return flow if not enough sterilization.
All the junction and joint with steam protection.
Liquid level and temp controlled on real time.
Separate control panel, PLC and human machine interface.
CIP and auto SIP available together with aseptic bag filler.
Working principle:
Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product, then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid.
