Citrus fruits juice extractor

The citrus fruits juice extractor is mainly used for extracting the juice from the different kinds of citrus fruits, such as orange, lemon, grape fruit, lime and etc. It adopts the advanced technology from the Europe and with good juice extraction rate and high efficiency. Working principle:

The extractor uses the rolls to take the fruits to the blades and cut it in half, the fruit and the peels will be separated by the blades. By using this kind of processing technology, the peel of citrus would not be extracted together with pulp to avoid the astringent and bitter taste from peel. And then the half will go through the different extracting chambers to squeeze the juice by the rolls and the skin and peels will be separated out of the chamber simultaneously. The peels and skins will be ejecting out and transported to the relevant location by the screw conveyors. The juice will be collected by the tanks and pump to the next step of the process.
