Product Description
Chocolate processing equipment
The chocolate mixer is mainly composed of inner and outer cylinders, agitator, power transmission, heater, circulating water pump and other auxiliary components.There is a heat transfer interlayer between the inner and outer cylinders. The upper part of the cylinder has an overflow pipe and the lower part has a water inlet pipe. The interlayer uses water as the heat carrier, and uses self-circulating hot water to heat up, which can keep the slurry in the container constant temperature.The center of the cylinder is equipped with a hammer stirrer, which can stir the materials uniformly to increase the heat exchange rate of the materials to achieve uniform mixing and consistent temperature.The connection between the agitator shaft and the reducer adopts a direct plug-in installation structure, which is convenient for maintenance.The mixer is equipped with a self-circulating water pump to ensure consistent material temperature.The right side of the cylinder head is equipped with an automatic safety shutdown device for opening the cover. When the cylinder head is opened, the mixing motor will automatically stop. When the mixing motor needs to be turned on, the cylinder cover must be covered to start.
