for outer diameter not over than 63.5mm, small size hollow bar, when demanded quantity is under 5 tons, usually make cold drawn hollow bar, using larger size hot rolled hollow bar to draw to the size me size can be finished only by one time drawing, but some other sizes might need twice or three times to finish drawing, it takes time, so the cost is higher. cold drawn size outer diameter 16mm- 63.5mm

3. Hot- expanding seamless steel pipe

For hollow bar sizes are special, not common sizes, have to use smaller thick wall hollow bar to hot expand to be larger size hollow bar, but the technical property for hot-expanded hollow bar will be lower than the original hollow bar. Size: outer diameter over 356mm.

Packing

1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips.

2. after making by bundle, covered with Polyethylene waterproof cloth.

we can cut the seamless steel pipe into the length you demand, and can make the surface to be bright by milling and grinding at the Lathe, and can grind the outer diameter and wall thickness to be the dimension you demand.If the sizes are not available from the standard common stock sizes, and the quantity are not enough for the new production, then we need process the stock larger seamless pipes into the sizes you need. And we also can make steel pipes deep processing. For example, size OD250x ID200 is not stock common size, then need using larger pipe to process into 250x 200, same as OD170xID100

1.How long can make delivery?

For stock products, will make shipments in 5- 7 days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production for common materials, usually make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production for special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.

2. Will the Test Certificate be certified to EN10204 3.1?

For the new production products no need furthur cutting or processing, will provide the Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1; for the stock products and the products need cutting or furthur processing, will issue Certificate of Quality on our Company, It will show the original mill name and the original datas.

3. Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract demands, what will you do?

Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract lists, when receiving the pictures and the official documents and data from your side, if it is proved not comply, we will compensate the loss at first time.
