Description of Motorized Gate Valve:

ZECO motorized gate valve is named according to the driving mode, motorized gate valve as the name suggests is driven by electric actuator gate valve. The motorized gate valve designed by ZECO is in line with the SIL 3 Safety and Integrity Level for Automated Valves. As one of the electric actuated gate valve suppliers, ZECO Valve Group uses modern machinery and the latest mould to produce the latest advanced manufacturing facilities, to provide users with the highest quality flow control products, and a very competitive price. All cast parts, especially body and bonnet, have heavy sections to ensure strength, durability, and reliable and safe use in a wide range of service environments. Steel alloys for body and bonnet are carefully selected for good casting quality, structural stability, mechanical strength and safe weld ability. Castings are cast under strict and critical metallurgical and laboratory supervision.They are heat-treated, thoroughly cleaned by standing spray, and carefully checked to ensure that they are free from defects. All castings of these valves are in accordance with appropriate ASTM standards.

Features of Motorized Gate Valve:

1. ZECO motorized gate valve can be operated remotely and the user can operate and check the valve status in the control room. It reduces the waste of personnel needed to run to the site to close gate valves without electric actuators and also reduces the situation that valves cannot be closed in dangerous situations;

2. ZECO motorized gate valve can be customized asbestos-free packing or graphite packing;

3. ZECO motorized gate valve will fix the electric actuator in the transportation process to prevent the damage of the electric actuator caused by the bump in the transportation process;

4. Low torque of ZECO motorized gate valve cam reduce the cost of electric actuator.
