Under normal circumstances, the equipment warranty is 18 months of installation, but it can be extended as long as 24 months of customer request. Spare parts for the equipment will be supplied at production cost for at least 10 years orders. To establish long-term cooperation, we will often call and email customers to check the working status of the equipment and provide suggestions for maintenance. If necessary, we will visit customers to solve problems arising from the working process of the equipment.
