Coal mineral powder fly ash dryer machine
Dryer machine is a kind of drying equipment used to minimize the moisture content of the material it is processing.The rotary drum dryer can be widely used in building materials,metallurgy, cement and mining industry. And it can be used for drying sand, coal, sludge, coal slurry, brown coal, fly ash, gypsum, clay, Kaolin, mineral powder, slag, iron powder, mill scale, sawdust/wood chips, chicken manure, feed etc.It is matched with conveyor, dust remover and draught fan etc equipment. It has features of reasonable structure, excellent fabrication, high production, low consumption, economical & environmental etc.
The main part of our rotary drying machine is rotary drum, the material of drum body is 9Cr2Mo, and the function of this part is to load the sawdust or wood chips, chicken manure, mineral powder, iron ore powder etc.The whole rotary dryer should include many parts such as the feed head, discharge head, dust collector, the dust remover pipe, as the picrure shows. We have two kinds lifter in rotary dryer, the first one can be used to dryer that dry the light materials, and the second one can be used to the heavy material, such as peat with a large water content. The function of the lifter increase the contact space between raw materials and the hot air, and to increase the speed of drying.

Note: Above technical parameters are for reference, it can be separately designed according to different raw material, capacity and moisture content etc.
The Wet materials be conveyed to the feed part by the conveyor, and the angle of the drum barrel is inclined by 3-5degrees, the raw materials be conveyed to end of the barrel. The lifting board lift the raw materials to contact the hot air, then the hot gas will be exhausted by the dust remover. Then the drying materials be put out the rotary dryer.
Because our machine is large equipment, so choose the good packing method is very important for customers, if the size of rotary dryer be limited in the containers, we choose the container, 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ or 45HQ, according to the size to choose the fit container. In order to protect the machine, we generally use the plastic film to cover the machines.
