Structure

The rotary dryer is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. So it has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect in workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption, convenient to operation. 

Principle

Wet materials are sent into hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter into a large revolving bylindrical tube. The tube has slope slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the feeding end in order to convey materials tube. During drying process, materials are lifting up repeatedly and contact with hot air sufficiently. Then the moisture contained in materials in steamed. At the end of, the waste gas is released into atmosphere by draft fan.
