Features

1. Flat-bottomed seat

The traditional gate valve is often caused by foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, debris and other sludge accumulated in the bottom groove of the valve after the pipe is flushed with water. The bottom of the soft-seal gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris siltation and makes the fluid flow unimpeded.

2. Overall encapsulation

The valve adopts high-quality rubber for integral inner and outer rubber. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valve are firmly connected , not easy to fall off, and have good elastic memory.

3. Corrosion resistance

The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in sewage systems. Not easy to break. In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often broke due to foreign objects hitting, colliding or overlapping. Due to the use of nodular cast iron for the body, this situation has been greatly reduced.

4. Three "O" type

Because the valve stem adopts three "O" ring seal ring design. It can reduce the frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce water leakage and can replace the sealing ring without stopping the water.
