The FSCT770570,which is a combination of mechanical,electrical and pneumatic components, adopts the most advanced thermoforming technology.
The whole system is controlled by micro PLC and operated by the man-machine interface. It combines the feeding, heating, forming, cutting and stacking into one process.

II.Major construction features
The sheet feeding pin chain is controlled by motor with encode.
The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by air cylinder.
The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.
Adopt four pillars to fix the mould.
Adopt hydraulic system to drive the movement of the mould.
Fill oil automatically to lubricate mechanism movement at certain time.
Temperature control modules to control each temperature area.
Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
Machine frame adopts square steel, more stable and serviceable.
Convenient operation, reliable performance, low noise and high quality.
