2. the stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by Air Cylinder.

3. The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.

4  Four pillars to fix the mold more stable.

5. Adopt hydraulic system to drive the movement of the mould

6. Fill oil automatically to lubricate mechanism movement at certain time.

7. The temperature of each area is controlled by temperature modules.

8. Machine production including sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting are in one strock.

9. Machine frame adopts square steel, it is more stable and more serviceable.

Usage:

This machine is mainly used for PP/ PS/PET/PVC sheet into various kinds of disposable cup, boxes ,containers ,plates and etc.Just change the mould, we can make different products on one machine.
