Application
This instrument is designed strictly based on the requirements of standard GB/T 3554, ASTM D721. It is suitable for the determination of oil content in petroleum waxes.

Technical information
1.The instrument is composed of three parts: a cold bath, a water bath and an evaporation box. With features of simple operation, easy to use and so on.
2.Microprocessor thermostat and PID control, digital display of temperature, accuracy 0.1 °C, Pt100 RTD temperature probe;
3.Stainless steel bath, stainless steel heater; low-temperature cooling bath consists of a fully enclosed compressor unit, evaporator, and cold tank. And equipped with air pump through the drying tower, buffer tank, distribution 4 ways, adjusted by the regulating valves.
4.Glass filter meets the standard requirements, aperture 10 ~ 15μm, diameter 10mm;
5.The water bath part is composed of heater and stirring device.
6.The evaporation box consists of an electric heating element and gas circuit part, and is equipped with air pump through drying tower and buffer tank. It distributes 4 ways to regulate airflow through its own flowmeter. The total amount of air blowing flow (4 channels) is 8~12L/min.
7.Wax melting water bath temperature: (room temperature ~ 90) °C ± 5 °C.
8.Cold bath temperature: -35 °C ± 1 °C.
9.Evaporation temperature: 35°C±1°C.
10.Constant temperature accuracy: Cold bath: ±0.5°C; water bath: ±1°C; Evaporation box: ±1°C.
