The series of ductless clean air fume hoods comply with NFX 15 211: 2009 standard (certified by ANSI Z9.5-201), ASHRAE 110: 1995 standard and Chinese national standard JG/T385: 2012 standard, and have passed ISO9001 certification. The product is specially designed to protect the safety of laboratory personnel in the experimental operation. It can prevent the
operator from inhaling some toxic, harmful, pathogenic or toxic chemical substances in the experiment, and efficiently purify the fume hood and the laboratory air. Provide safety protection for laboratory personnel.

1、Metal parts: The main material is ≥1.2mm galvanized steel sheet, epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, covered with a durable anti-chemical lead-free coating, maintaining high finish and minimizing the impact of corrosion and moisture.
2、Front panel and side panel: The main material is ≥6mm acrylic sheet, with excellent weather resistance, excellent chemical resistance, not easy to age, colorless and transparent, transparent, visually comfortable, beautiful and generous.
3、Seven-inch LCD touch screen display, high-definition display resolution 1024*600, perfect vision system.
4、Real-time temperature and humidity environment monitoring system, display temperature and humidity, set alarm parameters to ensure product safety.
5、Fan monitoring: Fan system failure alarm, online adjustable fan speed to ensure the air volume required for different chemical operations.
6、Filter saturation alarm system: The product is equipped with double-layer filters and dual VOC probes. One probe monitors indoor air quality, one probe monitors the filter saturation status, and the filter sets the saturation alarm value. If the range is exceeded, it will alarm. The filter must be replaced if it exceeds the set value.
7、PSC fan imported from the United States, 24 volts, stable performance, ultra-quiet, no sparks and static electricity.
8、The high-efficiency filtration system selects the arrangement and distribution according to the particle size and follows the ASTM standard. It effectively targets acid gases and organic gases with strong adsorption capacity. It uses high-efficiency HEPA filters for particles and has a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3um.
9、The LED lighting lamp has a power equivalent to 25W fluorescent lamp, does not produce heat, safety does not affect the temperature of the experimental environment, energy saving, environmental protection, and long life.
