ASTM D2272 TP-0193-2 automatic oxidation stability tester(Manual and automatic types)

This automatic lubricating oil oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0193 "Rotating Oxygen Bomb Method for Measuring Oxidation Stability of Lubricating Oil" and equivalent ASTM D2272. It adopts an oxygen pressure vessel (oxygen bomb) to test the oxidation stability of new or used turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives) at 150 ° C in the presence of water and copper catalyst.

It can also quickly assess the oxidation stability of new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-butylated hydroxytoluene and/or 2,6-Ditert-butyl phenol antioxidant at 140 °C. It's not suitable for antioxidant-containing mineral insulating oils with viscosity greater than 12 mm2/s at 40 °C.

This equipment adopts the embedded system design, and the whole process of the test is automatically detected, the automatic rapid temperature rise, automatic recording, and the rotary motor automatically rotate at a constant speed. Color touch screen; can store test curves and results; can view historical data; can print results on the instrument. After the start of the test, the whole test process is completely automatic, without human intervention, which not only greatly reduces the labor intensity of them operator, but also improves the accuracy of the test results.
