TP-0085 Engine Coolant Oil Corrosion Tester

The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the petrochemical industry standard SH / T0085 "determination method of engine coolant corrosion". It is suitable for measuring the corrosion degree of typical metal specimen by high boiling point engine coolant and its concentrated liquid according to the determination method of SH / T0085 standard.(equivalent to ASTM D1384)

1. Working power supply: AC220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz. 2. Beaker: made of heat resistant glass. 1000ml high type nozzle less, meeting the requirements of SH / T0085 standard. 3. Gas diffusion pipe: the diffusion head is made of sand core glass, and the pipe diameter is made of heat-resistant glass. 4. Reflux condensing tube: water-cooled type, and the length of sleeve shall not be less than 400mm. 5. Temperature control range: room temperature ~ + 100 °C± 1.0 °C 6. Air flow meter: the flow range is 50 ~ 250ml / min 7. Power consumption: no more than 2000W. 8. Test number: 6 digit 9. Ambient temperature: - 10 °C~ + 35 °C. 10. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%.
