Application

TP2137 is designed and manufactured as per the requirements for full scale worker in standard GB/T 269 "Lubricating grease and petroleum grease cone penetration test method" ( ASTM D217-2010 "Lubricating grease cone penetration standard test method"), to evaluate the grease penetration performance. It is applied for determination of 60 or 100,000 shear tests on working cone penetration or prolongation working cone penetration of lubricating grease and petroleum grease under the above standards. After mechanical shearing, the grease consistency changes. Then the mechanical stability of grease can be tested by cone penetration tester (expressed as extended cone penetration or shear stability 1/10mm).

Performance Feature ◆ The instrument consists of a motor coupling, a reducer, an eccentric mechanism, a working machine and a base. ◆ The instrument is a double-acting reciprocating tester, and the spindle motor adopts a single-phase motor. ◆ Plum-shaped elastic coupling is used to connect reducer and motor, which runs smoothly. ◆ The reducer adopts box gear structure and works reliably. The base is made of thick steel plate, which is firm and durable. ◆ Cutting times can be set by LCD, up to 100,000 times. ◆ Automatic recording of shear times, when the number of times reached the set value, automatic shutdown.
