Introduction:

ZYD-I double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine is a creative design introducing domestic and international advanced technology.Dehydration,degasfication and filtration of insulation oil especially aging transformer oil.Roots pump is combined with vacuum pump to generate powerful working efficiency and remove water,gas more thoroughly and rapidly.

Contamination can be removed returning the insulating oil to it's original specifications. The system incorporates high vacuum to dehydration, degasification and filter contaminated oil. Remove impurities and restores / improves the chemical and physical properties of oils. During the process,the machine can remove gas, particulate, and significant amounts of free water contamination.

Contaminants in transformer oil:
