Product Description
It is used for the laminating equipment between touch screen and glass cover plate as well as between touch screen and display screen. The laminating principle is to place the LCD screen of mobile phone and glass cover plate in the sealed box in vacuum environment, press the inner lining of vacuum cylinder under the pressure of the machine cylinder, and press the glass cover plate and LCD screen in the lower mold of vacuum cylinder completely.
The device adopts PLC control system, touch screen display input, Chinese/English menu page can be selected to use, all parameter Settings simple and intuitive. Through manual and automatic mode free control, easy to understand, stable and reliable operation.
Operation process
1. Product placement: According to the alignment fixture made by the product, the product is placed on the external fixture of the machine, and the product is moved to the working platform after the product is fitted.
2. Product platform entry: cylinder + guide rail
3. vacuum chamber pressure: the cylinder drives the chamber pressure
4. can be set heating to a constant temperature
5. vacuum after reaching the set value for laminating
6. Decompress, the cavity rises, and the platform moves out of the cycle
