Product Description
A022LT is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel electrode with rutile coating. Its weld metal has good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially at -196℃, has good impact toughness, AC and DC dual use, and the electrode is resistant to redness. , The arc is soft, the shape is beautiful, the slag removal is good, the splash is small, the all-position welding performance is excellent, and the operability is good.
It is used for welding 316L austenitic stainless steel piping systems that are in service at ultra-low temperature of -196℃. Suitable for welding of liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks and pipelines, and cryogenic pressure equipment.

Attention:
1. The electrode must be baked at 300°C for 1 hour before welding, and used as it is baked.
2. Try to use small current and short arc welding when welding.
3. The weldments must be cleaned of rust, oil stains, moisture and other impurities before welding.
