Product Description
A607 is a pure austenitic Cr16Ni35 stainless steel electrode with alkaline coating. Because strengthening elements are added to the coating, it has good high temperature performance. Adopting DC reverse connection, all positions can be welded.
It is used for welding the same type of stainless steel materials working under high temperature conditions of 850~900℃, as well as the welding of manifolds and expansion tubes (such as Cr20Ni32 and Cr18Ni37 materials) in the hydrogen production reformer.

Attention:
1. The electrode must be baked at 300°C for 1 hour before welding, and used as it is baked.
2. Try to use small current and short arc welding when welding.
3. The weldments must be cleaned of rust, oil stains, moisture and other impurities before welding.
4. Try to use small current and short arc when welding, and the swing width should not exceed 2.5 times the diameter.
