Brief Introduction
This valve is used for CNG cylinder for refilling and releasing CNG gas from the cylinder
Technical requirements:
1. The max working pressure is 26Mpa, Nominal diameter: 4mm
2. Turn the handle counter-clock wisely to open, with an open range: 1/4 of nominal diameter;
3. Under the pressure of 26Mpa and 0.05 MPA in room temperature, when the valve is close or in any open condition, make leakage testing for 2 minutes, no leakage permitted.
4. The safety device working pressure is 300+30bar, TPRD working temperature: 110+5C.
5. Degrease the valve part and keep them clean during assembling, testing and approving, no oil.
