FREE-VALVE’s plastic back pressure valve is installed in the line of positive pressure discharge of metering pump,its function is to prevent siphon phenomenon occur.  Removing the protective cap on the adjusting screw on site, then rotating and adjusting screw , the required pressure will be got by adjusting pressure gauge in the pipeline. Back pressure will be set within the range of 0-0.6 MPa by adjusting screw .

 The combination use of plastic back pressure valves and pulse dampers has the following advantage :

1. It reduces damage to the system by water hammers, so that the system will achieve superior low vibration effect.

2. It will keeping a certain constant pressure from the pump outlet port to the back pressure valve,

3.  Keep the system flow rate is constant,

4.  Keep the stability of system pressure.

2. The part that contacts with the medium only include  the bottom valve body and the diaphragm; the bottom valve body and the diaphragm seal processing has the sealing bar, make sure the  good sealing effect and higher sensitivity .
