Product Description

vibrating screen automatic steel flour sieve sifter is one kind of round rotary vibrating screen which adopt the vertical vibrating motor as the vibration source. By means of eccentricity hammer mounted along the motor shaft, S49 Series Vibrating Screens convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads to an involutes movement of the materials on the screen surface. It has a good performance for flour sieving.

Main Function

a. Grading
Each of vibratory sifter screen can screen and separate precisely and continuously,the Multi-layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials grading in different size.

b. Remove the impurities
The vibration sieve can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.

c.  Solid-liquid separation
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi-layer type into different grade materials.
