Instructions

Connect the common rail injector directly or into the holder to the high pressure tubing of a conventional hand pressure verifier.

Select the appropriate plug according to the injector brand to properly connect the harness to the injector.

According to the fuel injector brand, select the corresponding drive mode. At this time, you can hear the injector solenoid valve pick up the sound of the armature

By providing a suitable injection pressure by continuously pressing the checker lever, the general pressure value is 30-40MPA, and the atomization performance of the injector can be observed.

The fuel injection and oil return of the injector can be detected by an external measuring cylinder.
