The product is used in the 1-35kV transmission line.
Specification scope:
The working temperature of the conductor is 90deg, the working temperature for conductor in the condition of short circuit(not more 5 seconds) should not be above 250.The cable should not be heated if the laying temperature is above 0, and there is no altitude limit for the laying of the cable. The lowest laying radius is : single core cable:20(D+d)±5%mm, Multi cores cable: 15(D+d) ±5%mm, D:the outer diameter of the cable d: the outer diameter of the conductor.

Brief introduction:

The product has high fire-resistant ability. When cable is on fire, break-circuit or short-circuit failure will not occur in a certain period of time. It is helpful to extinguish fire and reducing damage in case of fire disaster. It is used in the electrical equipment and control system where fire danger exists and fire-proof safety is highly required.

Requirement of Application

1, The permissible long-time working temperature of the PVC insulated cable can not be higher than 90°C.

2, The ambient temperature of laying cable can not be lower than 0°C.

3, The permissible curving radius(r) are as following when laying the cable (D: outer diameter of the cable):

A, Fire-resistant wire: d<25mm, r≥4D; D≥25mm, r≥6D;

B, Fire-resistant control cable: r≥10D

C, Fire-resistant power cable: r≥10D

Main Property:

1, The finished wire and cable can burn for three hours in the flame of 750°C-800°C,and meanwhile, they can go through the rated voltage too. The fireproof property and their testing methods respectively meet stipulations of IEC 331 and GB/T19216. The flame retardant property is in compliance with the standard IEC 332-3

2, The fire proof control cable can go through the test voltage of 3.0Kv for 5 minutes, and the fireproof power cable can go through that of 3.5kV for 5 minutes.

3, Flame retardant material, whose oxygen index is not smaller than 31%, is applied to the insulation of NH-BV wire and the sheathed of NH-BVVB cable and fireproof control cable.

4, Besides all above, the other properties are the same as common cables of the same type.
