Spring full lift external thread type with lever safety valve for steam

FREE-VALVE’s spring full lift external thread type with lever safety valves (A28 type) are used for the equipment and pipeline of steam . Medium that the working temperature are less than 200 °C.Take for extra pressure protection device .

Features

1.Simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, re-seating pressure difference is small, easy adjustment,etc.

2. The seat is a Valenozzle-type , the speed of sound is reached when steam flows through the seat outlet, discharge coefficient is large.The seat sealing surface weld tungsten carbide alloy, wear resistance, long life.

3. For the safety valve with a lever ,it can be opened manually with the lever when the medium’s pressure is up to over 75% of that at which the valve opens.

4.Adjusting the adjustment nut, adjust the spring compression, the valve can be very convenient, very quickly to obtain accurate adjustment pressure.

5.Full bore type safety valve ,the height of the lift is more than the 1/4time of  flow diameter with large amount of discharge ,the height of opening for a low-lift safety valve 1/20-1/40 time the flow diameter.
