Full automatic raw material feeding-metering-mixing system.scientific ratio and accurate weight measurement promise the stable formula, so that can make sure the finished product qualiy.
Automatic mould feeding
MGO board production commonly uses PVC mould and ABS mould. If specialize in non-woven boards, we recommend ABS mould.If you produce sanding board, choose the material of mould like PVC,and PVC we advise use totally new material , Becuase recycling raw material will affect the product quality ,
Automatic mixing discharge
Using unique double shaft mixer ,ensuring mixing evenly and no blocking ,Uneven or insufficient stirring would cause local overreact or incomplete, which will result in products deformation with uneven strength and back to halogen.
Automatic cutting machine
Cutting the glass fiber cloth and MGO board automatically through the CNC forming cutting machine.

Unique Second curing process: first curing room (25-38 degree，not higher than 40 degree)and second curing room (35-45 degree,not higher than 50degree) promising the complete chemical reaction of and Mgcl2, so as to ensure stable performance of the finished products .

Cutting the board edge according to predetermined size neatly. precise cutting by Infrared ray.
The Sanding Machine
The biggest differences between the sanding board and common board: Sanding board is thickness uniformity(error between 0.03-0.05mm), good product workability. Sanding board can be processed on the surface,such as: laminated with PVC film, paint paper,wood grain paper and etc.
