1.Dosing Process of gypsom board line

Blender mixing disc adopts high wear-resistant alloy materials, 10 times service longer life than that of ordinary mixer mixing plate, reducing the maintenance cost and the manual labor intensity.  The use of the advanced and efficient foaming system and measurement system is adopted to ensure the uniformity of slurry.

2. Paper supply system of gypsom board line

Adopting pneumatic tension bridle shaft to clamp paper rolls, improving production speed, reducing the labor intensity when manual clamping; Using paper storing machine to remove the paper folding phenomenon made by manual storing paper and reduce manual jobs; Using the paper pulling machine, do not need manual drawing paper, reducing manual jobs.

3. Mixng and forming equipment for gypsom board line

Application: to form the semi-finished gypsum board products from the gypsum powder slurry.

Molding belt machine adopts toughened glass support, strictly ensuring the smoothness of the whole forming belt, put an end to the roller forming belt jumping up and down caused by the manufacturing error, to ensure that the plasterboard secondary roughness solidification time.

4. Cutting and transitioning system of gypsom board line

1)Transit system

Usage: used to horizontally transport the cut plate to distributor. The adopting of servo motor control ensures the precision of the position plate movement.

2)Automatic cutting system

Application: used for cutting the solidified plate on molding belt machine into required length. Maximally reducing cost by controlling the minimum edge horn size

6. Distribution system of gypsom board line

Application: used to transport the wet gypsum board to each story of drying machine with the control of PLC distributor. 

7. Drying system of gypsom board line

The drying machine adopts heat exchange and double heat pipe, distributing temperature and air completely according to the drying characteristics of the gypsum board. The technology can dry the gypsum board under minimum energy consumption within shortest time, which is the most economic and most efficient way to dry the gypsum board.  

8. Discharging board and finished board system of gypsom board line

Adopting servo motor control, ensuring the precision of the position plate movement, to adapt to the diversity of the product.

9. Heating system of gypsom board line

Heat transfer oil boiling systems using organic heat carrier oil boiler heat, boiler heating surface is in front of the furnace radiation, both shaped by the close packed coil form; rear of this system is the convection washingheating surface, composed by serpentine bundle components.
