Q3: How does Toshine handle custom colors and finishes?

A: One of the most important things we do for custom extrusion customers is to be an expert resource on all the options that exist for custom colors and finishes. 

Q4: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?
A: Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter. 

Q5: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?
A: Best price based on big quantity. For standard profiles we will not request MOQ. As well as for the first order of custom profiles, but in the second order we will request you MOQ500kg. In addition, for not commonly used standatd profiles, we will request you MOQ500kg as well.

Q6: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?
A: 100% self-inspection before shipping.
Q5: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes,if the items are meet our MOQ. 

Q7: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?
A: Sure,welcome to visit our factory.
Our factory is near Shenyang Taoxian Airport.We can pick you up in the airport.
