Surface treatment is divided into the following processes:

Spraying: This is a way to spray paint onto the surface of the aluminum profile, which can form different colors and textures. Spraying can use different coatings, such as polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resin. Spraying processes include electrostatic powder spraying and fluorocarbon spraying.

?T5 state?: T5 state is the state of incomplete artificial aging after solution treatment. The aluminum profile in this state has high hardness and is suitable for applications requiring higher hardness, such as curtain walls.

?T6 state?: T6 state is the state of complete artificial aging after solution treatment. The aluminum profile in this state has the highest hardness and is suitable for occasions with extremely high requirements for material hardness.

The definitions and performance characteristics of these states are as follows:

?T4?: Solution treatment + natural aging, low hardness and good deformability.

?T5?: Solution treatment + incomplete artificial aging, high hardness and moderate deformability.

?T6?: Solution treatment + complete artificial aging, highest hardness and lowest deformability.
