Product Description

Application:

Test the superficial hardness of thin wall pipe

Apply 15kg test force, Small indentation, no effect to the application of most work pieces, used for finished work piece NDT test directly.

Tests thin-wall slim pipes 4.8mm, thickness>0.15mm

The test principle and accuracy comply with standard ISO6508.

Capable of testing copper, brass, Aluminum, Aluminum alloys, stainless steel, silver pipe.

Test softer pipe with larger ball penetrator.

Test standard block or plate with flat adaptor installed on the anvil.

Can be used on table by put into bench stand.

Copper, copper alloys, Aluminum, Aluminum alloys, silver, silver alloys, stainless steel, etc.
