1. Introdution of conveyor belt mesh
PTFE conveyor belt mesh are made from fine glassfiber or Kevlar as basi weaving material, coated with excellent PTFE resin.

2. Features of PTFE  fiberglass conveyor belt mesh
1) Good tempareture tolerance, 24 working tempareture -70 to 260 celsius deree.
2) Chemical resistance - It can resist all most of chemical medicines.
3) Non stick -It can easliy remove all kinds of adhesives suh as resin, paint and chemical medicine, easy to clean.
4) Good flex fatigue resistance - it has high tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue resistance. It's better for mall wheels
5) Permeability - it can avoid wasting heat and improve drying efficiency for it's permeability.

b. Material and glass thickness and size.
c. If the glass need silk screen, please supply a CAD file or AI file or Coreldraw file which contain silk screen print pattern and color.
