The grinded material moves to the classifying zone with the airflow.

The classifier is adjusted by frequency conversion, separates the coarse and fine materials, the product that meet the fineness requirement enters the cyclone collector and the dust collector with the airflow, and the coarse powders return to the classifying zone, secondary grinding.

Desulfurizer Powder Application:

Desulfurization agents generally refer to agents that remove free sulfur or sulfur compounds in fuels, raw materials or other materials; in the control and treatment of pollutants, they mainly refer to agents that can remove sulfur oxides (including SO2 and SO3) in exhaust gas.

The most commonly used desulfurizers to remove sulfur dioxide in flue gas are cheap lime, limestone and alkaline solutions prepared with lime-based agents. Chemical plants, smelters, etc. often use sodium carbonate, alkaline aluminum sulfate and other solutions as desulfurizers to treat tail gas containing sulfur dioxide, which can be desorbed and recycled.
