CTHP pneumatic pilot mounted internal tooth clutch is just like our Handong made HTP internal tooth clutch. Dry and wet working situation are both available for usage.

HTP inside tooth plates flange mounted pneumatic clutch is a another kind of tooth and tooth clutch, its tooth plates is inside. Its outside structure and working mode are similar like BTC clutch, so it is also through tooth and tooth connection to transmit torque. This HTP clutch is driven by air pressure. Normally, driving tooth plate rotated with driving shaft, while driven tooth plate is not rotating with driving shaft. When connect electromagnetic valve, supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving tooth plate moving towards to and combining driven tooth plate, both ends of tooth integrated, to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Power output through driven tooth plate, driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate are separated by return springs after exhausting air pressure, both ends of tooth separated, clutch released.

Different model, its bore diameter is different, it is 20-75mm. On the other hand, this tooth clutch is suitable for slow speed or standby connection, after linking, it can be fast rotated, max speed is 700-1500r/min.

This HTP model air shaft tooth clutch transmit torque is via several sawtooth, different model of it tooth quantity is different, too. It is from 91-244 pieces of strong and durable sawtooth equiped. On the other hand, different model of this clutch, its air chamber volume is different, too. Air chamber volume larger, its delivery torque is larger, too. They air chamber volume is from 7.19 cm³ to 43.38cm³, so their transmit torque is from 200-3500N.m.
