ZWL Self priming close coupled dirty water pump

ZWL series self-priming close coupled sewage pump is a simple installation of ZW shaft coupled self-priming sewage pump. Motor with long shaft is directly connected with impeller of pump without shaft coupling. So ZWL self-priming close coupled pump has compact structure, small volume, less vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving etc. It is easy to use and maintain.

ZWL Self-priming close coupled dirty water pump has the structure of axial back mixing type with gas-liquid separation.  So it has self- priming performance without bottom valve. (Only need irrigation water for the first time) and suction height is for 4 to 5meters.

Impeller flow channel has unique design so that larger solid particles or long fiber from the liquids can pass. So ZWL dirty water pump can used to convey wastewater, dirty water, sewage water containing solid particles, fiber, mixed suspension etc. impurity and impeller is not clogged.

ZWL dirty water self priming pump is widely used as the impurity sewage pump in municipal sewage works, pond culture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electric industry etc.

Pump material: cast iron for liquids (PH:6 to 9), stainless steel for liquids (PH: 2 to 13)

Medium weight density shall not exceed 1240 kg /m3.

Max. solid particles diameter is 60 percent of the pump diameter and the length of fiber is 5 times of the pump diameter.

Flow: 8 to 800m3/h

Head: 15 to 80m

Power: 0.75 to 110 kw

Suction height : 4 to 7 meters (suction can be increased by installing bottom valve at the inlet end).
