FYS fluoroplastic corrosion resistant immersible pump is for vertical structure. It is a single-stage single-suction long-shaft submerged pump.

Fluorine plastic immersible pump is suitable for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles with the temperature at 0℃-120℃. Pump is widely used to transport acid, alkali, salt, oil, drinks etc.

Pump material

All parts of FYS fluoroplastic immersible pump which contact with the medium are covered with fluoroplastic alloy (F46/PFA/PVDF2 fluoroplastic). The lower jacket is made of high-quality silicon carbide. The material has the advantages of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the pump body and impeller are partially immersed in the liquid, so it occupies a small area and the shaft seal has no leakage.

Immersible pump

FYS chemical pump should start according to the direction indicated by the pump, without reversing operation. The pump body must be submerged in liquid when starting, and the liquid level must be 180mm higher than the Central Line of the impeller. Immersible depth of pump can be made according to the requirements.
