Product Description
Magnetic tensioners use permanent magnets to control tension strength by varying the gap in between the magnets and the main tension wheel. The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precise tension.
All Magnetic tensioners come with back tension adjustments and wire breakage detection switch; are suitable for a wide range of winding applications.
NMTE series
Upgraded version of MTC series, features a built-in photoelectric sensor for wire breakage detection and an LED indicator for wire breakage indication. Improved and upgraded design in main tension wheel and wire guide roller, eliminated wire jumps and jams to ensure smooth winding. Mounting of wire break detection switch also been re-designed to improve its lifespan.
