The first layer: after the surface of the steel pipe of the working layer is treated by shot blasting and derusting process, it shall determine whether the anti-corrosion layer needs to be processed according to the customer's requirements.

The second layer: polyurethane insulation layer, waterproof and insulation layer is formed by secondary injection of rigid polyurethane foam liquid into the cavity formed between the outer sheath of steel pipe by high-pressure foaming machine.When the transport medium temperature is: -50c -120'C, choose rigid polyurethane foam plastic as insulation layer.

The third layer: high density polyethylene protective layer, prefabricated black (yellow) plastic pipe with fixed wall thickness, whose function is to protect polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage and corrosion and waterproof.
