The riveting main structure introduction:

Application:
Horizontal hydraulic riveting machine is mainly used for car of brake friction piece with iron
brake shoes thrown rivet connection rivet, can also be used to other parts of the riveting shots.
The machine adopts electrohydraulic combined control, a high degree of automation, flexible
operation, easy to use, safe and reliable.

Application Method:

1.Structure and Function

The equipment consists of the Main Body, Hydraulic Control Systems, the elevating work platform, Riveting Body and Electrical Control System.

2.Application Method

2.1The machine should be put on flat hardstand areas in the room, without dust.

2.2Fill the filtered N46 wearproof hydraulic oil to the fuel tank, until it reach the marked position on the hydraulic tube

2.3Start the Oil Pump Motor, Step on pedal (Left: cylinder Forward ; Right: cylinder Back).

2.4Move the cylinder no-load 2-3 times to eliminate air inside the hydraulic system.

2.5According to the size of rivet , Choose the right rivet and Base wad Column and equip them at the front of cylinder piston rod and the stress point of riveting body.

2.6Put the brake shoe on it, turn the handle to move the working plate to a proper working height, make sure that the center of riveter and the center of rivet are in alignment. Then rivet.

2.7When riveting the hollow copper rivet, if fail first time, just need to use Flat head rivet to punch it.

2.8Only solid rivets can be punched. Change the punch head before punching, remove the holding bolt of pad column, remove the pad column, to make the old rivet out of the pad column hole.

2.9The pressure should be adjusted according to the size and materials of the rivet. Suggest to use 4-5Mpa for the aluminium rivet, 6-8 MPa for copper and iron rivet.

kindly reminder:

1Change hydraulic oil every two months at the beginning,  then every six months..

2Turn off the oil pump motor when changing the Punch or Rivet; Turn off the power when repairing.

3Forbid no-load pressure test for the oil cylinder. Use flat head rivet to adjust the pressure, and put a metal plate between rivet and base wad.

4It is better to assign a person to operate and maintain the machine. Lock the nut after regulate the pressure valve. Do not use the machine under overload system pressure to avoid damage of the machine, the pressure regualting valve is under the magnetic exchange vlave.  

5If any abnormal or noise when using, please stop and check.
