YINYAN factory selling glue planetary mixer machine, it has two frame type mixing shaft called planetary mixing shaft, it is revolution around the center of the mixing tank, and at the same time, it is also rotation around its axis. When the mixing structure is rotating, it takes all the materials from the inner mixing tank, and brings them into the center. After revolution two rings, the mixing structure is rotation a whole ring, after 4 rings, the mixture will be mixed completely, after 38 rings, all the materials could be mixed uniformed.

When the planetary structure is running, the low-speed mixing shaft and high-speed dispersing shaft are working rotation and revolution together, it makes the materials under the strong shearing and kneading, to reach a complete uniform result. The planetary structure has scraper design, when it is working, it scrapes on the inner wall of the mixing tank, the mixing tank which is precision processed by large vertical lath machine and polished, then can make sure there is no residual on the inner wall. In additional, options of the scrapers which is equipped on the mixing structure, it can scrape the bottom of the mixing tank.
