Mixing Machine PU Sealant Dispersing Power Mixer, it has two frame type mixing shaft called planetary mixing shaft, it is revolution around the center of the mixing tank, and at the same time, it is also rotation around its axis. When the mixing structure is rotating, it takes all the materials from the inner mixing tank, and brings them into the center. After revolution two rings, the mixing structure is rotation a whole ring, after 4 rings, the mixture will be mixed completely, after 38 rings, all the materials could be mixed uniformed.

The planetary structure has scraper design, when it is working, it scrapes on the inner wall of the mixing tank, the mixing tank which is precision processed by large vertical lath machine and polished, then can make sure there is no residual on the inner wall. In additional, options of the scrapers which is equipped on the mixing structure, it can scrape the bottom of the mixing tank.
