Fault analysis and solution for fault appearance

1. Switch on the power switch and the equipment fails to respond * power supply problem, please ask the electrician to help solve.

* if the electric heat pipe is burnt out, the resistance value at both ends of the electric heat pipe can be measured by the multimeter "ohm" file. If the resistance value is several hundred thousand ohms or infinite, it indicates that the wire is blown open.

* the power switch insert is off.

* power switch on, can check the control circuit board and the corresponding connection line.

* check whether the timing time has run to the timing set value; ★ most users do not understand this function, timing time to the timing value of the heating tube does not work, the fan does not turn, resulting in no heating, the temperature is not up.

* check whether the fan is in operation. If the fan is broken (use a multimeter to measure whether the two ends of the fan pin have ~ 220V voltage), inform the company to mail the accessories to solve the problem.

* check the circuit control board, use the multimeter to check whether there is output, and check according to the drawing; (attached is the drawing.)

3, the motor is not running

* result: if there is heating, but the tank cannot be circulated, which causes the temperature to rise slowly, please inform the company to replace it.

5. The difference between the temperature displayed on the control board and the mercury thermometer in the cabinet

* the thermometer should be measured after passing the inspection of the inspection department.

* measurement and installation position of mercury thermometer: please suspend the thermometer in the center position of the inner cavity, not directly placed on the shelf for measurement.

* refer to the attached parameter adjustment table.

6, the temperature display appears jump or static, or abnormal such as "one one one" * can be judged that there is a problem with the temperature sensor, to be replaced to solve.

Note: the sensor adopts Pt100 platinum resistance, and the wire ends are two blue and one red.
