Troubleshooting inspection/troubleshooting

Sensor fault display

· the temperature sensor is abnormal, check whether the temperature sensor is intact, model PT100.

The temperature is below the set point

· check whether the display screen shows heating status. If the display shows heating, the electric heating tube will be damaged or the control board or circuit will be out of order.

The vacuum is below the set point

· check whether the outer door of the cabinet is closed, and whether the external vacuum pump is connected to the pipeline and turns on the power. If the vacuum pump is not in operation, please check the fault according to the wiring diagram.

· the vacuum pump has been in operation. If the vacuum pressure drops, the outer door is not closed tightly or the locking mechanism is re-adjusted (after-sales service).

It lowers the vacuum but the vacuum doesn't go down

· whether the gas valve of the external nitrogen cylinder is open and whether the pressure of the nitrogen cylinder is normal (no less than 3Kg);

· please check the fault of the inlet solenoid valve according to the wiring diagram.

Display screen no display

· check whether the plug line of the incoming line has AC220V;

· check whether the power switch is on;

· check whether the power switch of the equipment is tripping, such as tripping, please check the fault according to the wiring diagram.
