CWX horizontal self priming centrifugal vortex pump is applicable to transport seawater and fresh water for drinks, washing and sanitary with the temperature no higher than 85 degree C.

When the impeller of CWX Marine self-priming vortex pump rotates, centrifugal force is generated. Under the action of this centrifugal force, the liquid flows into the blade root from the side face of the pump shell and is thrown outward to the groove of the cover plate on both sides. This part of liquid originally moves in a circle with the blade and has a certain velocity energy. In the groove of the cover plate, velocity energy changes into pressure energy. And then it's grabbed by the leaf. In the process of the liquid particle from the inlet to the outlet, such action is repeated many times, and the energy increases successively, just like the liquid in the centrifugal pump by the multi-stage impeller action. Liquid in the channel along with the star impeller movement, to the cut-off point, because the channel is suddenly blocked, liquid from the outlet hole out. The exit hole is set on the exit cover plate, and the entrance hole is set on the entrance cover plate, which is opened in the place where the groove suddenly appears behind the cut-off area, where the negative pressure is obviously to absorb the liquid.
